At Road Scholar, I aligned program descriptions and itineraries with the organization’s standards and guidelines, ensuring they were clear, effective, and engaging for both potential and enrolled participants. I communicated directly with providers to obtain necessary information and helped train them on correct policies and procedures. My role contributed to making Road Scholar’s educational travel programs as informative and accessible as possible, supporting the organization’s mission to foster lifelong learning and personal growth through immersive, experiential travel adventures across the globe.

Brought program descriptions and itineraries into agreement with Road Scholar standards and guidelines, making them as effective as possible, encouraging to potential participants and helpful to enrolled participants- Communicated directly with providers to obtain requested information, helping to train and instruct on correct policies and procedures.
